Most of us didn’t have our essential needs met as children and life often felt threatening. When we felt unwelcome, unloved, unheard or unseen, and we were unable to express this, we shut down, stopped breathing or moving freely. In the Resonance Repatterning process, the energy constriction release is like a beautiful piece of ritual theatre, where our younger selves can experience a sense of safety and nurturing. We are supported to breathe into whatever we are feeling, stay embodied, free the flow of our life energy and embrace our innocence. We receive the update that we are not alone anymore, that we now have the support we need and are encouraged to experience the joy of being our true selves, of being natural, free of the fear of rejection or the illusion of separation. This is self love and acceptance.
We all have the same core needs. Many of our problems come from the belief we are alone, disconnected, and our pain is unique to us. We hide in shame and reach for unfulfilling substitutes. We can choose to break this cycle and free ourselves from our prisons of isolation. From my own experience, nothing is worse than the scenarios my fearful mind conjures up. Yet when I have risked intimacy, revealing the aspects of myself I felt most ashamed of, it has often been surprisingly enjoyable.
Rather than repeating our stories, or going through the motions in our relationships, we can create lasting transformation and move beyond blaming and complaining, beyond the old human story of victim, persecutor and rescuer. We can step into the awareness of our interconnection and the freedom of taking responsibility for every choice we make. We can find out what we are unconsciously committed to, and make the necessary changes. These tiny shifts in perspective ripple out and affect the whole.
Life is precious and we matter. When we can relax into being held, dare to breathe and feel whatever arises, let our bodies move and our voices sound, we reclaim our aliveness.
Resonance Repatterning is not the only way to do this, of course, however, it is a powerful, gentle, elegant, creative and playful way.
Have you noticed all the ways we are being asked to look within? We are no longer able to point a finger and blame someone or something outside of ourselves. When we try, have you noticed that it backfires? For those of you who know what I mean and can relate, you are consciously entering into a “New Era of Consciousness” where ultimately there is freedom, wisdom and, most importantly, PEACE.
This process can be arduous or transformative. We can kick and scream with resistance or we can move into acceptance of ‘what is.’ We get to say. I love one of the statements that Chloe Faith Wordsworth (developer of Resonance Repatterning®) has in her latest Intention for New Possibility section. It says: “I accept that whatever is not aligned with my intentions emerges for my own growth and transformation.” If we resonate with and really grasp the opportunity in this statement, our lives can be a platform for self-discovery, growth, and fine-tuning ourselves, so we and others can experience who we really are. Our Divine nature will be palatable as we let our light shine.
I know it is not always easy; however, the results are always worth the effort. So, how does one accomplish what I am referring to? When we are up against a challenging situation, the first step is to breathe, slowly and deeply in through your nose and out through your nose. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system for calm and relaxation. From this state of calm, we can respond rather than react, which always brings more of what we want. We can tell the person, “I need to take a ‘time-out.” I am having a reaction to what you just communicated, and I want figure out why so I can take responsibility for my reaction and respond from a loving place.” If communicated in this manner, the other person gladly agrees so they can do the same. The question you might ask yourself is, “What happened in the past that this resembles?” The unresolved event usually pops in and we come to an understanding, and this alone can transform the situation. Coming back together, you can both share what you discovered and love is restored.
When I look at the earlier experience from my reactions, it helps when I ask myself, “Did they really intentionally try to hurt me, or sabotage me?” The answer is usually, “No.” Putting myself in their shoes, I have more compassion and understanding, which brings me release from the past so I can be free and return to love and experience more peace. You may want to consider doing the same.
This takes practice so be gentle with yourself. When we can share our vulnerabilities and shortcomings it opens others to do the same, which leads to more intimacy (into me, you see), and ultimately more love. Welcome to the “New Era of Consciousness!”

The newly revised Resonance Repattering® books–up to Transforming Chakra Patterns–are now on sale at the Resonance Repatterning/eStore website. The Journal Committee wanted to find out what’s different about these books and so we called Chloe Wordsworth, author of these books and the Founder of Resonance Repatterning to find out.
Sally: In the beginning, when you began doing this work, what inspired you to write the Resonance Repatterning books?
Chloe: By 1990 I had spent 20 years studying many different healing systems, including the Five Elements system of Acupuncture. Although I had a successful private practice as an Acupuncture practitioner for eight years (meaning that I loved the results I saw), I was still constantly searching for yet more and better ways to help my clients. I was pretty driven–never satisfied! This had lead me to study all kinds of modalities—Polarity Therapy, Edu-K, nutrition, Feldenkrais and much more–always searching for the underlying cause of people’s problems; what was the panacea that would help people create the change so they would feel better?
What inspired me to create Resonance Repatterning, that is to put together a whole different system from anything I had studied, practiced and taught, was my realization that healing modalities in themselves were not enough. In my practice, from 1972 onward, I had observed that people were driven by repetitive patterns. By 1989 I began to experiment with identifying these patterns and using healing modalities to transform resonance with them.
My clients were fascinated with what I was doing and felt beneficial results, so in about 1991 they began asking me to teach them what I was doing. This meant I had to write something down, because everything I did was in my head. I worked with my clients in the moment, muscle checking everything they needed from my own internal data base. Nothing was written down!
So I wrote a one page synopsis of everything the new students might need–now we have ten books! After that I wrote out the four “Repatternings” for changing our attitudes and beliefs: these were the pre-cursors to the four Repatternings we learn in the Fundamentals seminars. Actually, one of them was called the Umbilical Repatterning, which I later realized was a muscle check rather than a Repatterning! The more people wanted to learn, the more information I wrote down to meet their need. At the same time I was still developing the work in my full-time practice. So everything I wrote down was in a constant state of flux, changing from week to week. For me this was a time of ferment: thinking, creating, talking to friends and family, reading, analyzing, doing sessions on myself over and over, and on clients too. So from the first class, which had a handout of one page, we went to the next class, which received two pages, and bit by bit over the years the books were written and revised.
Sally: Tell me about your relationship to creating the books.
Chloe: Relationship? Well, as we know, everything is energy or frequency wave patterns that influence everyone else’s frequencies–synchronizing with our frequencies or out of sync with our frequencies. If we say the word “yes,” it strengthens our muscle response and brings our frequencies into sync a little. If we say the word “no” our muscle response weakens and our frequencies go out of sync a little (or a lot!). So in all relationships, we either have a strengthening effect or a weakening effect: we either help people’s frequencies come into sync, or, if they resonate at a certain level with us, our frequencies go out of sync when we are with that person.
We influence and are influenced by others for better or for worse, depending on what we resonate with. So my relationship to creating the books means that I have a responsibility to be coherent and that the system supports people in synchronizing their frequencies to support their self-healing and self-transformation. This means that how I am, my state of coherence as I write the Resonance Repatterning books, is important. That energy is there. This is true whether I am writing a book, or inserting corrections at 2 a.m. My attitude is important: if you love what you do; if you are grateful; if you want to be guided by the highest values, it has an effect. This is why I come from intention before I write or do anything, so the books will have a positive energetic effect upon the reader.
Sally: That is why I would come to one of your workshops, even if you were teaching how to wash dishes!
Chloe: That’s nice! It’s true, whatever we do, however small and seemingly unimportant, the inner attitude we resonate with develops our character and the values we live by and hopefully has a positive influence on our world. It’s the same with teaching: I believe that if I am coherent when I teach, the students, and me, too, will receive what we need from the field of limitless possibilities–a new awareness that is life-changing, a healing of an old wound, new learnings, new ways of seeing, the Aha! that changes our understanding. Without coherence and love, transformation doesn’t happen. This is why we must constantly do our own personal development work–none of us is complete!
This is our relationship to the work. For me, it meant doing the Repatternings on myself over and over as I developed them, and improved them, and transforming my own patterns when life problems arose. Then I would do repatterning sessions with other people, which helped me enliven the work more. Demonstrating them on students in the seminars helped me identify additional improvements. I had to think, feel and practice before any of the repatternings could move to their “final” completion point. It’s all very organic!
Sally: What makes these present books different from the previous books?
Chloe: I just got an e-mail regarding the Primary Patterns book. The practitioner wrote, “The new books are great! I love them!” To give you a few more details:
In the Orientation Section of the Process Guide(Rainbow Book) and the Primary Patterns book, I added an orientation to “the point of choice”. Self-healing begins when we choose healing. The Point of Choice is different from Intention.Point of Choice motivates us to achieve and manifest our intentions. Life offers us a constant wobble—between order and disorder. The Point of Choice is the edge between stability and instability–a place of huge creative potential. The Point of Choice is about going for this creative potential, rather than being stuck in the disorder and instability of our problems and our unmanifested intentions.
The Point of Choice is an opportunity to realign ourselves with our deepest values and priorities. It is how our mind, body and energy become vehicles of consciousness.
Also in the Orientation section of the Rainbow Book, we address “resonating with trust and love.” To really be oriented we need to orient to feeling loved. If we do not have basic orientations to trust and love, how can we heal?
In the “Problems” section of the Process Guide and in the Primary Patterns book, we go deeply into the fear that underlies the problem. Under any problem is a fear and our belief that our fears are true. This belief we resonate with holds us back.
In the “Problems Into Opportunities” section of the Rainbow Book, we have a section to identify the negative attitude. Underlying every problem is a negative attitude, which makes extraordinary change impossible. This is the triangle of the perpetrator, who blames and complains; the victim, who feels helpless; and the savior, who feels it is their responsibility to save the person or situation, or come up with a solution. I’ve listed specifics for each of these negative attitude states so we can quickly move out of these patterns (and switching from one to the other in a few minutes) and take personal responsibility for the fact that all our problems reflect an aspect of our own state of mind.
I have also clarified the Intention for a New Possibility Section. The Headings include:
The Intention for a New Possibility (What we want to do or achieve.), whether by choice, from the list or a Daily Empowerment Intentions.
The second section is what motivates action toward the achievement of our intentions (including the point of choice, the positive feeling our intentions give us, the underlying need our intentions fulfill for us, and our life vision that motivates all our daily intentions.)
The third section identifies the resources we need in order to manifest our intentions, and the various aspects of this section.
And finally, every Intention takes Commitment. The fourth section supports our resonance with this.
All of these new inputs makes the “Intentions” section more powerful and clear.
Sally: And what about the new Transforming Unconscious Patterns (TUPs) book?
The new TUPs book goes deeper into the brain and the power of our brain. For instance, the brain has 100 billion nerve cells which are connected to other nerve cells or neurons. Brain researchers have estimated that there are more nerve connections in the human brain than there are stars in the Universe! Talk about potential! So this book is about supporting this massive potential within us. I am also seeing how the neuroanatomy of the brain relates to the on/off muscle response used in Resonance Repatterning. Quite exciting!
In the TUPs book I go into the seven major neurotransmitter-peptide-endorphins that are needed for optimal body/brain functioning, listing the qualities we need to resonate with.
With respect to self-help modalities and positive actions, there is a list of thirty or more activities proven to support neurotransmitter production and keeping our brain youthful and flexible. For example, something as simple as sleep— that less than seven hours has been shown to lower brain function; and people low in essential fatty acids are at higher risk for ADD, depression, Alzheimer’s, suicidal attempts, and obesity. This section includes information regarding how people can get what they need naturally, through correct eating plus details on what supports brain functioning: for instance, the herb sage has an A-level rating for the highest possible scientific evidence that it enhances memory! That’s amazing! TUPs has lots of important and practical information on what creates positive change of resonance via our brain.
TUPs also goes deeply into the power of forgiveness.
Sally: How do you define “forgiveness”.
Chloe: You know, forgiveness is such a huge subject. Perhaps we can do another interview on that so we can focus more deeply on the power of forgiveness as the ultimate healer. But for now, in the TUPs book we get to identify certain overactive parts of the brain that may be making forgiveness difficult.
Another new aspect in all the books is that I give an overview of each repatterning. If a student or practitioner is short on time, they can glance through the A.B.C. overview of the repatterning in its introduction, and quickly see the sections they want or need to cover.
Sally: And what about the Chakra Patterns book–that, too, is the completed version?
Chloe: Yes it is. In the Transforming Chakra Patterns book, everything has been revised and improved! The Sound Frequency Repatterning is so much easier–and of course, these books are all edited.
There is one thing I am sorry about and that is the page numbers! As we are still working with various versions of the books, you will find inconsistencies with the page numbers. We hope to correct this as soon as possible. In the meantime, here and there you will need to insert your own correct page numbers!
The Rainbow Book is also completely revised. In the Repatterning section we now list of all the Repatternings from the Living In Tune web radio program as quite a lot of students and practitioners are using them. I have divided these twenty-five Repatternings into three sections: eight Repatternings for Personal Coherence, eleven for Achieving the Best of Who You Are and six Repatternings for One-on-one and Group Relationships.
Sally: If someone is interested in acquiring the Living In Tune repatternings that you wrote for your radio programs, how can they get them?
Chloe: At this time, anyone can download them from the Resonance Repatterning website/downloads. In the future, I will edit and update all the transcripts and create a book out of the twenty-five Repatternings, based on the above three categories.
Sally: Is there anything else you can think of that has been updated?
Chloe: An important change is in the Underlying Needs section of the Process Guide. In place of the list of Life Needs and Spirit Level needs, I identified five major categories of needs. Each category has a list of nine to twenty specific needs in it. The five categories include:
1. The need for security, nurturance and love.
2. The need for health and energy.
3. The need to achieve your best, go beyond your limits and manifest your potential.
4. The need for love, respect and happiness in relationship.
5. The need for purpose, meaning, spiritual happiness and love from within.
The Process guide has been totally changed and is much easier to follow. The front cover looks much like the previous version with the mandala, but the back cover now has the Coherence Continuum, which illlustrates the most fundamental concept of Resonance Repatterning.
Sally: Yes, I agree. In examining the Process Guide, as well as the various books, the material is much clearer and goes to greater depth.
Sally: Another question people ask is about the “subtle levels” that you refer to in your books.
Chloe: There are twelve subtle levels, which represent frequencies that exist at the subtle level of the energy field– perhaps some ancient generational pattern we still resonate with but don’t need to identify more specifically, or for those who believe in past lives, they could be seen as some non-coherent frequency still held in the subtle field from the past, again, that doesn’t need to be identified, that is having a negative impact on the present.
Sally: Tell me about the books that have not, to this date, been revised.
Chloe: All of the remaining books are on the verge of being complete. That said, the final editing always takes more time than we realize! I will be working on the Modalities book in November and December, but then it needs a very careful final edit, and probably some re-writing. This Modalities book will be available to the general public, so they can use these modalities in their daily life. I’ll also be working on the Five Elements and Meridian book this October, November and December. The Visions and the Energetics of Relationships books are waiting their final editing. One book at a time. The exciting Inner Cultivation book, which now includes some phenomenal information from the bio-physicist Fritz-Albert Popp and Russian research teams on light, is also in its process of completion. So people who attend these seminars get the most up-to-date version, but without its final editing process.
Sally: Thank you very much, Chloe, for this interview. I greatly appreciate being given this overview. What you have said helps me see the new books in a new light and in particular those sections that you described. I wish you the best with your classes.
Chloe: Thank you Sally. It’s great being able to bring people up to date in this way.
Sally Herr is a Resonance Repatterning Practitioner, a Speech Language Practitioner, MA/CCC, and a Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapist (RCST). She lives and works in Portland, Maine. Her website is SallyHerr.com.
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about and working on Abundance, so this month’s Journal theme is right up my alley. Twenty years ago I had a moment of clarity and realized that I was living in a state of scarcity, lack and poverty consciousness. I worked seven days a week, had no vacation time, put in 67 hours between two jobs and was out of my house about 85 hours each week. Having the moment of clarity was a miracle in itself since I was so tired most of the time I was simply on autopilot, moving from point A to point B and completing whatever task was in front of or assigned to me.
So in this moment of clarity I see that I’ve been looking at life, resources, and myself from one fixed position. There’s never enough. I was like a satellite dish only receiving this one signal. I needed to know what other signals might be out there and then I needed to figure out how to become a receptor for them. This was years before my first encounter with Resonance Repatterning, but intuitively I understood that once I’d identified my problem, “I live in a state of scarcity and lack,” I needed to identify a new way of being–specifically and in detail.
I decided to look up the opposite or antonym of scarcity because I wanted to flip the coin and live at the other end of the spectrum. What I found was abundance. A·bun·dance, according to dictionary.com is:
an extremely plentiful supply, a great or plentiful amount, an overflowing fullness.
That was a good start, but I wanted more detail so I looked up the synonyms for abundance and found:
YES, I thought, Yes indeed! THESE are the signals I’d like to be receiving, but how do I become a subscriber to these signals of abundance, where do I sign up? How do I become a receptor and turn myself in the direction of nurturance, plenty, prosperousness and abundance?”
I did okay for a while by simply changing my focus, but once Resonance Repatterning came into my life, answering the questions above became much easier. The first time I used Resonance Repatterning to work on abundance or prosperity issues was during the three and a half years I participated in Kenya de Rosa’s weekly group for creative artists. Kenya created this group in 1999 with the intention of helping creative artists clear away blockages that kept them from achieving all they desired for their creative selves and lives.
In Kenya’s group we worked with Catherine Ponder’s classic book The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity. Using Resonance Repatterning to literally shift ourselves ON so we were resonating with the affirmations we found in the book was a revelation for me. Doing this work taught me how resonating or being aligned with a thought or action manifested in me, physically, emotionally and mentally. When I’m resonating with something everything is lined up inside me, there’s ease in my body and an upward flow of energy. When I’m not resonating with my thoughts or actions, I suffer from that push-me-pull-you tension of wanting something with part of me while another less visible part pulls hard against it.
Working with Kenya inspired me to take classes to learn Resonance Repatterning for myself. I began my studies in 2002 and in 2007 achieved my certification. From the moment I completed Fundamentals, I’ve been using the tools of Resonance Repatterning to get my satellite dish pointed in the right direction so I can be receptive to the signals and frequencies of abundance. Resonance Repatterning is an ideal tool for switching our systems ON for thriving and taking in the richness of life. After Kenya’s group, I’ve been involved with many different groups using Resonance Repatterning to support an alignment with Abundance.
I participated in a prosperity group in 2004 offered by my dear friend and fellow practitioner Carol Cannon. Carol is a Reiki Master, and so we used Reiki, principles and information from Debtors Anonymous and Resonance Repatterning to clear issues and intentions related to Abundance. This was one of my favorite prosperity groups, as I won a free trip to London while I was in it. Man, I LOVE manifesting!
Early in 2010 I spoke with Liz Tobin about the upcoming Annual RPA Conference and while we were chatting, I said I was in the process of launching my private practice. She told me when she began her practice someone recommended she try offering a 100 Days of Prosperity proxy package for $100 – just a dollar a day. She said it worked quite well for her and recommended I try it for myself. This was like receiving a signal from an oracle, as Liz is a master of the proxy group. Check out her “Transforming Money Archetypes and Karmic Contracts” series. I joined and highly recommend it. Being able to receive regular sessions in this manner has had a powerful and profound effect on me, on my life and the work I do.
Liz’s suggestion for the 100 Days project created a world of new possibilities for me. Not only could I use the tools of Resonance Repatterning to become a receptor for abundance, I could offer this to others as well. I could be a receptor, and a transmitter. I could launch my business, share Resonance Repatterning with more people, helping them to create positive change in their lives, and continue to explore the myriad facets of abundance. Doing this 100 Days project was so successful that I’ve offered it twice already and my clients are eagerly anticipating my next session.
As I said, I’ve thought a lot about abundance since that moment of clarity twenty years ago, so this is a topic that’s not only close to my heart, its something I’ve learned quite a bit about. I’ve come to understand that in working on abundance we work on the full spectrum of life itself. Delving down and identifying the blockages we have when it comes to giving and receiving, creating coherence regarding our energy, power and success or working with our feelings of being safe and deserving touch core patterns that exist across all features of our human landscape. I’ve learned that in working to align with abundance we must chase our every feeling, belief and experience of scarcity, lack or shortage out of the dark and into the light. I’ve learned that we need to be fearless and to be gentle, compassionate and passionate, we need to empower and to allow ourselves to flourish and to thrive.
Having the opportunity to learn and the ability to use a system like Resonance Repatterning supports all of us in becoming an abundant source of coherence, comfort and service for our clients and in our world. Being a source, as well as receiving from Source is, so far, the best way I’ve found of aligning with and experiencing abundance in my life. But this is far from the end of my road; I always want to know more. Tell me about your experiences with abundance and Resonance Repatterning. Let’s all of us work to align with “an overflowing fullness” of all that life has to offer.
Joie Jacobsen Holistic Practitioner Resonance Repatterning®, VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing, SOURCE Integrative Heart Awareness, YOUR Story: Allegory Healing Meditation, and Tarot
What is it really to transform something or someone?? What are we really doing when we facilitate sessions? I love to begin with Webster: Transformation: 1. to change the form or outer appearance of, 2. to change the condition, nature or function of – to convert, 3. to change the personality or character of, 4. to change one form of energy into another.
He continues to say that transformation in the broadest scope of these terms, implies a change either in external form, inner nature or in function (she was transformed into a happy girl). From its earlier use in alchemy, it suggests a change in basic nature that seems to be miraculous, like from being shy to gregarious. To convert implies a change in details so as to be suitable for new use, like converting an attic into an apartment, or from not being in an intimate relationship for years to dating and enjoying it. It is like a metamorphosis, suggesting a startling change produced as if by magic, like a caterpillar into a butterfly.
How exciting it is to know that what we are doing with people is in the dictionary! This is exactly what we do. Each session we provide change, helping someone become distinctly different – a transformation of character and replacing it with something better. As I follow up with clients after their session, it continues to amaze me what they experience: “My father called me after 30 years of no contact.”, “My breast lump shrunk.”, “I passed the Bar exam after not passing 3 other times.”, “I created and found the job of my dreams and I start tomorrow.”, “My boyfriend asked me to marry him and asked my father for my hand in marriage.” “I won my court case. I’ll be receiving my check for $100,000.00 next week.” I could go on and on and on. Thank you Chloe for developing such a profound transformational system that we can help ourselves and others!
As practitioners, I believe we have a responsibility to encourage our clients to look for how life is different because they did the session and they will see it everywhere. I remind them that what they look for in life is what they see, so rather than waiting for some results to show up, actively be aware, notice what is different and acknowledge it. This is actually part of the transformation. Then when I do my follow-up call with them, we celebrate their results and what they are noticing that has improved. I find this especially effective with my clients who are having their first session.
As I contemplate how this process works so well, I am reminded of the sessions I have had with different practitioners and what they did to facilitate such a profound transformation in me. I would have to say it was their ‘presence’ that made such a difference. I felt safe to go deep, safe to reveal, safe to be vulnerable. They had the ability to get out of their world and a genuine interest to get into mine. I felt heard, acknowledged and ‘gotten’. There is nothing quite like getting ‘gotten.’ Consider this a reminder to do the same with your clients and do the personal preparation you need to do before each session, so you can be fully present for them.
Receive sessions from other practitioners yourself. Do sessions on yourself as a part of your routine, your self care.
The more the client feels safe and taken care of, the more they will trust you with their friends and loved ones and the more personal referrals you will receive from them. The results speak for themselves, but the caring healing space you create speaks volumes. How exciting it is to be in the business of transformation!

We are in the business of transformation in Resonance Repatterning. I often thank new clients for their courage in coming in to do a process that will always bring about transformation on some level. And I watch people everyday try to avoid that same transformation.
We get so attached to how things are. The way we talk to our friends or co-workers, the way we take care of ourselves or how we don’t take care of ourselves. The food we eat, the thoughts we think.
The truth is that transformation is an exciting adventure and also scary as all get out. We love to watch movies about characters who make a major transformation in 2 hours. And yet when we ask ourselves to transform a habit, it can take us years.
The truth is, we are now involved in a universal pattern of change and as the Lakota elders say, “It’s time to let go of the riverbank and surrender to the current in the river.” We may be surprised by whom we recognize out in the middle of that fast moving current.
So how are you holding on to the riverbank? What habits or attitudes are you holding onto, even when you know it would be more fun to let go. Smoking or eating sweets, sarcasm with yourself or your family, criticism of the world or others instead of taking action yourself?
The trick is that whatever we have asked for in the past is now what we are flowing towards. It may not look like what we asked for because the packaging may be different. Or we may be being directed through all the clean-up of the past before we can get to the outcome. But be assured, it is some form of what you asked for weeks or months or years ago.
When you say you want a different job and then you lose the job you have, know that you were a part of creating that. When you say you want a relationship in your life that has meaning to you, and you come across a person who all of a sudden wants to be more involved in your life, know it’s part of the outcome you wanted.
The truth is that transformation is hard work when we are fighting to control it. It can be a huge adventure when we welcome it. What would happen if you opened your arms to your life each day, knowing that it was bringing you something you had asked for in the past. Kind of like Christmas everyday. Our Reptilian brains say, “but what if I can’t handle it?, what if I feel out of control? what if others I care about won’t be there for me, if I change something?” These are all valid questions and yet they are part of change for all of us.
The best thing we can do is reassure that survivor, the Reptilian part of ourselves, trusting that we can handle anything we have asked for. Because the truth is, if we can imagine it, we are ready for it.
Transformation is the magic of life. It’s the alchemy of healing and feeling whole. It’s the ability to jump onto the trapeze of life and trust that life will be there to catch us and if not, the net is always below. And to know that if we fall into the net, we meet someone interesting in the fall.
As I grow older, I find that the only regrets I have are the things I didn’t give myself permission to try. And the best stories that I most value are the stories of times when I felt I had botched things the most. Don’t get me wrong, I am a Leo personality, with 7 planets in Leo. My ego and need to do things right is huge and yet taking a risk and showing up less than perfect are when I have bonded and loved more deeply than at any other time.
So I invite you into this elegant and messy time of transformation. As you look at the world, see all the possibilities of this chaos and conflict you can. People are being forced to look within themselves and find new ways of doing and being. And some of those ideas are miracles. What kind of miracles do you want to invite into your life? And how much of a limit do you want to put on that? And when you feel overwhelmed by it all, remember there are all kinds of processes that help to keep you aligned and clear about what you want. Resonance Repatterning certainly does that for me and I watch it help my clients everyday with just that. It provides the clarity and the energetic housecleaning that we all need in order to find the way to our extraordinary and miraculous outcomes.
Love yourself enough to let go of the riverbank and join us in the current of this fast moving river. It’s already flowing in the direction you asked for, just do what you need to do to relax and enjoy the ride. And if you feel like you are going under a bit, there are a lot of us out there to support you and each other.
